There Are 2 Methods To Register:
Online Method - (Preferred Credit Card Method/Quickest)
- You can use our online form below & pay with Paypal. You do not need a Paypal Account to use Paypal. When you are transfered to Paypal, Click the Pay with Paypal button. Then on the next screen there is a section titled, Don’t have a Paypal account on the lower left side. click on the Continue link and this will take you to a page where you can pay with any type of card. Payments Made With Paypal Are Secure!
Manual Method - (Preferred Check/Cash Method)
- Fill out our interactive PDF Registration Form Click Here, Click Submit by Email to have your credit card processed manually. Click the Print Button if you plan on paying with a check, please send a copy of the completed form and mail it along with your check. Do not fill out Form below if you are using manual method.
- Interactive form requires Adobe Reader 7 & or Higher!
