This site is owned and operated by Sakura Budokan. These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully before you visit this website. You may have other rights granted by law, and these terms and conditions do not affect these.

All rights, including trademarks and copyright, on this website are licensed to or owned by Sakura Budokan. You acknowledge and agree that all rights are made available for your use while visiting this website.

You also acknowledge that apart from your own personal non-commercial use, that any copying, storing of the website in whole or part, and display, distribution, reproduction or commercial use of material or content from this website is strictly prohibited without the permission of Sakura Budokan.

Accuracy of Content

Sakura Budokan has taken great care in the preparation and presentation of this site. All weights, dimensions are given as approximates only. Please email us to check current stock and shipping times for any product you are about to order. Orders are only confirmed once we send emailed confirmation.

  Your Account Security

Sakura Budokan cannot be held responsible for any loss / damage or information which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your account security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone and keep account details confidential at all times.

Purchasing from us

By submitting your order you are offering to buy our goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying products / services. We do not sell your details or pass them onto anyone else in any circumstance, under the Data Protection Act 1998. Please see our privacy statement for further information.

For out of stock items

We will advise you should an item be out of stock and give you an estimated time of delivery. At this point you can cancel your order if you wish. We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage or late delivery that is beyond our control. Items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund minus post and packaging costs, all items must be returned via post with proof of postage. A refund will not be accepted if any goods are damaged in any way.

In the unlikely event of experiencing any problems please get in touch through our contact page. We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Open Box items

All Open Box Items are thoroughly inspected before being placed for resale. Items that are considered open box items consist of swords, etc.. that may have been used for demonstration or for display here at the Sakura Budokan Dojo and are now up for sale.  Open Box Items cannot be discounted more than the posted price and will only be refundable for store credit.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The example companies, organisations, products, domain names, email addresses, logos, people and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company, organisation, product, domain name, email address, logo, person, or event is intended or should be inferred.

Other information you need to be aware of.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us by writing or email of your desire to cancel within seven days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we will advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey, as you are responsible for these goods until they reach us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write or email us - details are on our contact page. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after the day you receive the goods from us.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 10 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you.

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost to the address given and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
